Turnaround Coordinator (TCO)

Job Description:
  • To ensure all activities are in compliance with the company, customer airlines and the regulators procedures.
  • To ensure a detailed accident and incident report is completed as required.
  • To plan, monitor, control, co-ordinate aircraft arrivals and departures within specific time frames for our customer airlines.
  • To be the Senior Member of staff at an aircraft arrival or departure, ensuring that the turnaround information flow is through the TCO.
  • To perform TCO job function for specialized products.
  • To perform the '6 point check' on every Load sheet every time.
  • To sign off the legal documentation required for any flight.
  • To ensure stands are clean and free from Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and to dispose of any FOD found accordingly.
  • To ensure all relevant staff and GSE are in attendance for aircraft arrivals a5 5 minutes to EAT.
  • To ensure all relevant staff and GSE are in attendance for aircraft departures, as required.
  • To ensure that a comprehensive set of in-flight documentation is delivered to aircraft, in line with customer airlines published procedures.
  • To ensure that the airlines carry maximum payload, and to pro-actively manage the offload procedure of customer airlines, liaising with the Load Control Section.
  • To deliver excellent information distribution to all customers, both internal and external.
  • To make LMC Changes on Load sheets, in compliance with customer airlines procedures.
  • To ensure all trip files are complete and handed back to Load control for further processing.
  • To ensure all aircraft movements are recorded accurately on the trip file/TOC Dispatch card for further processing.
