Job Description:

  • At least three years experience in leading Customer Service staff in an airport.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and problem solving attitude.
  • Friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Customer focused.
  • Good delivery focused.
  • Thorough control of all activities of Ground Operations.
  • Knowledge of UAE culture.
  • PC literate with knowledge of Word/Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of DCS (Check-in System). Decision making skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
