Job Description:

• Management and organization of staff that are undertaking loading & equipment operations activities to handle arriving and departing aircraft, providing the highest level of customer service and are dealing with the airport cargo operations.
• Motivating staff to work in a quick, safe and effective manner to ensure aircraft depart on time.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• At least 5 years ground handling experience, 2 of which must be at a supervisory level.
• Exposure to Ramp, customer service and cargo operations is a must.
• English speaking environment.
