Job Description:

• This position is responsible for the supervision of all ramp service activity to a level, which meets or exceeds company standards.
• On-time performance.
• Baggage handling accuracy.
• Accident prevention.
• Fiscal control and staff scheduling. 
• New employee orientation and recurrent training.
• Enforcement of attendance and appearance policies.
• Aircraft repositioning. 
• Compliance with all security requirements. 
• Compliance with all housekeeping standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Thorough understanding of ramp operation.
• Ability to work in a high pressure, constantly changing environment.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
